Avaya Equinox functionality now included!

Altura Communication Solutions is proud to announce the availability of the newest version of Avaya IP Office (Release 11) with some major enhancements that take integrating the omnichannel contact center to the next level.

With the introduction of its cutting-edge UC experience, Avaya Equinox® to this release, customers will experience greater value through a single app for all communications channels, meetings, team collaboration, and content sharing.

The new IP Office provides tremendous flexibility with its integrated UC capabilities since it is delivered and offered as either a cloud solution or via hybrid architecture. Other significant improvements include the ability to simplify administration of cloud deployments, upgrades, patching and application inventory. The new functionality is included with Cloud Operations Manager. This role-based administration also helps to provide additional security.
